Whistleblowers Australia Annual National Conference 2014

This years Whistleblowers Australia Annual National Conference will be held at the Uniting Church Convention Centre, masons Drive, North Parramatta, Sydney NSW on Saturday and Sunday the 22 and 23 November 2014.

Speakers Saturday 22 November 2014:


David Shoebridge, MP and willing whistleblowers' supporter, to tell us all about his experience in response to recent developments,

 Peter Fox, the police whistleblower, on the recent Police Integrity Commission's inquiry into the existence of an agreement between the Catholic Church & NSW Police not to investigate claims of sex abuse,

Joanne McCarthy, the Fairfax journalist who exposed so many of the clergy from the Hunter region who are now facing prosecution for paedophilia,

Tara McCarthy, SES whistleblower, whose boss was found by the ICAC to be corrupt for having sacked her, rather than sack her fraudster colleague and his friend,

Jeff Morris, Commonwealth Bank whistleblower, whose employer has been forced to compensate its customers for the the poor financial advice it gave to investors,

Brendan Molloy, president of the Pirate Party, about the threats posed for whistleblowers and journalists, by the proposed security laws and unfettered government access to our meta data
